Sajjad Sheikh was born in West Bengal, but around 40 years ago, his father moved to Mumbai with the whole family from his ancestral home, ‘Katwa Bardhaman (E) district. Kolkata’. While searching for work, he got a chance to work as a manager of superstar “Rajesh Khanna”, and that’s how his career began. “Rajesh Khanna” was not only a film actor but also a Member of Parliament, so he often had to travel outside Mumbai. During those times, he would hand over all his work in Mumbai to Sajjad, and Sajjad managed everything very responsibly. Because of his dedication and honesty, Rajesh Khanna later made Sajjad Sheikh his manager. Slowly, Sajjad built strong connections in the film industry, and people began to know him.
